Does the conference fee INCLUDE the banquet, BBQ, etc?

The conference passes (one or three day pass) includes admission to the conference and access to all the conference events for the duration of the pass. Additional events such as the BBQ Lunch, Banquet, and Field Trips cost extra. All passes include a ticket for our Canada Wild evening event.

Is the conference access friendly for people with physical disabilities that require a wheelchair or scooter?

Yes. The Algonquin campus is fully accessible to people who require a mobility aid.

Are the Algonquin Residences access friendly for people with physical disabilities that require a wheelchair or scooter?

Yes. The Algonquin Residence have rooms accessible to people who require a mobility aid. After booking your suite, please contact the residences directly to ensure your room reservation includes the requirement for an accessible room.

Does the CAPA pricing apply to members of clubs which belong to CAPA

The CAPA Price discount applies to all current individual CAPA members.  Club members cannot use their club’s membership number to apply for the CAPA discount, it must be an individual membership number.

What is the Conference cancellation and refund policy?

There will be no refunds or cancellations after midnight, June 1, 2017.  Requests for refunds prior to that date may be made directly to the Registrar registrar@ccc2017.ca. However, a
25% penalty will apply.”

What is the Algonquin Residences cancellation policy?

Algonquin residence bookings can be cancelled without penalty up to 48 hours before check-in

I am a single travelling attendee. Is there some place where I can find a potential roommate for the conference?

To reserve your space at Focus on Photogrpahy,  Start by reviewing the trade show floor plan to find your preferred location, then  go to our Become an Exhibitor page and click the button at the bottom of its page to get the ball rolling.
